Almost everything is in place for our 20th high school reunion. I still need to firm up hotel rooms, but everything else is booked.

Family Picnic at Sandy Mount Park in Finksburg in the early afternoon
Pricing and exact times will follow at a later date. Please save the dates for this special event. We are doing everything in our power to keep the costs down for this weekend. We know the economy is bad and people are hurting financially; we have taken all of this into consideration in planning the reunion.
During the happy hour on Friday night at Raphael’s, we will be paying happy hour prices for drinks and food while we are there.
I do not have a firm price as of yet for the bull roast. However, this will be a BYOB event. We figured that people could bring their own alcohol and drink exactly what they like, without having to pay a high price to do so. There are those who do not drink beer and alcohol, so this works to their benefit as well. This will really help keep the cost of the party down. Coolers, beer, and liquor are allowed at the hall. Sodas and waters will be provided along with the food.
As for the family picnic on Sunday, there will be no charge for that as well. We have rented a pavilion, which one of our classmates graciously paid for. The park does not allow alcohol, but you may bring other drinks, coolers, and a picnic lunch. We are trying to work out having grills at this event, so everyone can use them if they like.
If anyone would like to donate anything for door prizes or raffles, please let me know. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
